MediaDev is operating from 7 locations in 3 continents: San Francisco, London, Paris, Marseille, Milan, Cape Town, and Bucharest.
 
We offer our customers two kind of approaches for their operations- either at a global level: one unique interface in charge of defining, executing, and reporting a campaign in several countries, or at a regional level: local teams of MediaDev and its client directly interacting in each country.
 
Resources:
 
Our staff is exclusively comprised of native resources (14 languages spoken: French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Polish, Russian, Romanian, Czech, Danish, Hungarian, Portuguese), graduates, full-time, remunerated like sales representatives (commissioned according to number of leads accepted), and with an average of 2 / 3 years within the company.
 
All of these resources are chosen based upon their background, either IT profile with good sales and marketing skills, or sales / marketing background with strong knowledge and interest in High Tech. The common denominator of these resources being their good enterprise culture, a strong elocution ease, native speakers, a strong capability of learning, analysing and understanding.
 
These resources are displayed within 6 teams depending on their competency domains:
 
- Appserver / Databases / EAI / BPM / Portal and GED / Workflow
- PLM ( including modeling beside versioning and test / debugging) / Components / BI and Reporting
- ERP / CRM / SCM / Procurement / Wireless
- Technical and Industrial IT (including real-time and embedded)
- Server / Storage / Mainframe / Networks / Messaging and Groupware
- WI's / SI's et ISV's ( including the management of OEM's )
 
In addition to that, in order to perfect their knowledge, internal training sessions are regularly held.
 
Commitment on results:
 
Before the kick-off of a new campaign, the sales team of MediaDev is working closely together with the client in order to help the client chose the best operation possible. This means, we will ensure that the outcome of the campaign will provide the results needed by the client and at the same time, that the MediaDev team can meet the campaign objectives. Once the campaign objectives are validated by both parties, MediaDev commits itself to deliver the necessary results, which will ensure an overall success of the operation.
 
Our business model is derived from this commitment results delivered. This is made apparent in all lead generation campaigns, where our clients are invoiced only for leads which they accept.
 
The main proof of the efficiency of the activities run by MediaDev is that its activity is constantly increasing since 10 years and that it’s working constantly with the top players of the IT market.
