As a part of Microsoft’s International ISV Assistance program we are pleased to offer the following FAST START packages to enable participating ISV to accelerate their business in new countries. The packages here have been specifically designed to assist international expansion and are offered at Microsoft preferred pricing rates. Mediadev / Microsoft European Fast Start packages:
 
a) Awareness building :
 
Email blast targeting a total of 10 000 contacts relevant to your offer within the France, UK, and Germany, these contacts being key decision makers of end-user companies and ISVs / OEMs / VARs / SIs / WIs...(depending on the target).
 
Budget : 4,000 Euros / 5,120 $
 
b) Sales lead generation :
 
MediaDev will run telemarketing campaigns targeting end-users in order to identify highly qualified sales leads for the ISV or channel partner to follow up on. The criteria to select the target can be based on numerous factors such as: activity sector, company size, technical infrastructure in place (OS, Databases, Application Servers, ERP, CRM,...).
 
General lead definition:
 
- Company Overview: company name, address, overview of company activity
- Identification and contact details of key decision maker(s) relevant to the offer (telephone (reception and/or direct line, email address (where possible), and job description, and role in decision making process)
- Information about technical infrastructure in place (application servers, web architecture, ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Description of main strategic and / or critical applications in place
- Technical and functional overview of the project
- Interest in the solution (brief introduction to the offer)
- Project to start in the next 6-9 months
- Budget allocated or earmarked for allocation
- Willingness to receive more information and arrange a call back from a representative of the ISV.
 
MediaDev will commit to generate 15 qualified leads in each country in a 4 to 6 weeks period.
 
Budget for one country :
 
Set up fees : 2,600 Euros / 3,320 $
Per lead fee : 200 Euros / 256 $ per validated lead
Total for 15 leads : 5,600 Euros / 7,160 $
 
Budget for three countries :
 
Set up fees : 4,400 Euros / 5,635 $
Per lead fee : 200 Euros per validated lead / 256 $ per validated lead
Total for 15 leads per country : 13,400 Euros / 17,155 $
 
c) Partner recruitment:
 
MediaDev will run a telemarketing campaign in each country targeting IT companies (ISV,SI, WI, Reseller, VAR, OEM depending on the target of the ISV) and will provide the ISV with the following details on each potential partners :
 
- Overview of the company : activity sector, turnover, number of employees
- Overview of products / solutions sold
- Information on geographical and activity sectors covered
- Information on client portfolio
- Number of technical (pre-sales and support) and sales resources
- Decision making circle (Product Manager, CTO, Partner Manager, Managing Director,...)
- Willingness to meet with one representative of the ISV to study terms of a partnership
 
MediaDev will commit to generate 10 potential partners per country.
 
Budget for one country :
 
Set up fees : 2,600 Euros / 3,320 $
Per lead fee : 160 Euros per validated lead / 205 $ per validated lead
Total for 15 leads : 4,680 Euros / 5,995 $
 
Budget for three countries :
 
Set up fees : 4,400 Euros / 5,635 $
Per lead fee : 160 Euros per validated lead / 205 $ per validated lead
Total for 15 leads per country : 11,200 Euros / 14,345 $
 
d) Market study:
 
At the end of the campaigns, based upon information obtained, MediaDev will provide the ISV with a document formalising an analysis of the market in the 3 countries. This analysis will include: information on competition, sales potential of the solution of the ISV, feedback on level of interest of the market, recommendations from key decision makers / ISVs / VARs etc.
 
Budget : 2400 Euros / 3,072 $
 
e) Bundle option :
 
The ISV has the possibility of running all of the described above in the three countries for a total budget of 36,000 $.
 
Complementary option: the ISV has the possibility to limitate the campaign to one country instead of three, the ISV will receive the same services and the same number of leads for a budget of 16 000 $.
